Because you realize the significance and the role of employers' organization and its ability to, on behalf of its members with specific attitudes and requirements of its partners (government and the trade unions) has a direct impact on the creation of economic and social policy.

By joining the Employers Association of BPK Gorazde, each member can:

• be elected to the body of the Association and ESV
• participate in the work of the Association actively or passively
• have a free legal advice and a foreign consulting aid
• get information about changes to the law in all fields
• get help in applying for financial resources from various domestic and foreign funds
• directly participate in proposing new legislation and amendments to the existing legislation in the field of economic and social relations
• directly influence the collective bargaining and work of ESV, as well as other institutions for which the Association appoints its members, and all with the aim of strengthening the entrepreneurial freedom and the protection of the interests of employers
• participate in various seminars and other informative events organized by the Association for its members

The most important part of the activities of the EA BPK Gorazde is a continuous monitoring and active participation in the drafting of laws, amendments to the Law and other documents on economic and social and legal issues affecting business. It is also important to mention the launch of initiatives and reactions to some outstanding issues with the relevant institutions (customs, tax administration, inspection services, etc.

Of course, this would not be possible without the financial support of our members because the membership to the Employers Association of BPK Gorazde is voluntarily and our Association is being finances solely from membership fees of our members.

We always follow the issues and requirements of our members, and together with them urgently react and act where necessary!

Without employers and entrepreneurial initiative there is no progress in Bosnia and Herzegovina. A well-organized association with powerful members is the gain for employers, the economy and society as a whole.
