The Employers Association of BPK Gorazde was established in 2005 as a voluntary non-profit organization of employers that protects and promotes the rights and interests of its members. The Employers Association is founded by a group of prominent businessmen of Gorazde, aiming to become a legitimate, independent and strong voice of employers and entrepreneurs in terms of the tripartite democratic relations.

In addition to sales of materials, equipment and machinery through retail and wholesale, cooperative "Agropodrinje", has for several years, quite successfully been working on two lines of production: production of apples on an area of 4 hectares with a total of 6000 trees and the production of seed potatoes on an area of 12 hectares, with a total production of over 100 t of potatoes.
